For hotels

Built for properties too small for a night desk.

Roughly 7 to 120 rooms. Small enough that nobody is at reception at midnight, large enough that the unanswered questions add up. Today we work with hotels in Bali and in Europe.

What you do

Roughly an hour, once.

Almost all of it is telling us things you already know by heart.

  • Answer a short list of questions about your hotel — check-in and check-out, breakfast, WiFi, parking, door codes, the house rules, the things guests always ask.
  • Add one Telegram group for your staff, or point us at the one you already use.
  • Put the cards in the rooms. We print them; someone walks around and places them.
  • Tell us when something changes — new breakfast hours, a new door code — and we update it.

What you get

Running from the first evening.

There is nothing to install and nothing for staff to log into.

  • A guest assistant that answers about the hotel and the area, in any language, at any hour.
  • Tickets in your staff group with the room, the type, the details in English and an urgency flag.
  • Your own services in the answer. Asked where to eat or where to get a massage, it recommends honestly — and mentions your kitchen and your spa while it does.
  • A dashboard showing open and completed requests, and the conversations behind them.
  • A monthly picture of what your guests actually keep asking about.

The pilot

Fourteen days, free, in your real rooms.

Not a slide deck and not a sandbox. Real guests, your real questions, your own staff group.

1

We set it up

You answer the questions about your property. We build the assistant's knowledge, connect your staff group and print the room cards.

2

It runs for two weeks

Your guests use it without being told to. You watch the tickets arrive and see what people ask when nobody is at the desk.

3

You decide

We go through what actually happened. If you keep it, it continues monthly with 30 days' notice. If you stop, the cards come out of the rooms and that is the end of it.

What it costs

A monthly fee, quoted per property.

The price depends on how many rooms you have and where you are, so we quote it rather than publish a table you would have to translate into your own situation. Groups of properties are quoted as a group, with the discount shown to you plainly rather than buried in the rate.

Two things are fixed and worth knowing before any conversation about money: the first fourteen days are free, and after that it is monthly with 30 days' notice. There is no setup fee, no annual contract and no minimum term.

What running it costs you in time. Once it is set up, close to nothing. Staff answer tickets in the group chat they already read. Nobody has to check a new screen, and no shift has to change.

Where the work goes instead. The assistant takes the repeat questions — WiFi, breakfast, parking — which is most of the volume. What reaches your team is the part that genuinely needs a person.

Fair questions

The things owners ask first.

  • What if it gets something wrong?

It answers from what you told us about your hotel, so its facts are your facts. When it does not know, it says so and passes the question to your staff rather than inventing an answer. It never confirms a booking, a taxi or a late checkout by itself.

  • Do my staff have to learn something new?

No. Requests arrive in a Telegram group on the phone they already carry. The dashboard is there if the owner or manager wants it, but nobody has to open it for the product to work.

  • Will guests actually use it?

At the one property with a full month of data, 31 conversations produced 56 questions, and 9 of them arrived outside reception hours. That is one hotel over one month — a small sample, and we would rather quote it exactly than round it up.

  • Does it replace my receptionist?

No, and it is not sold as that. It covers the hours nobody is at the desk and absorbs the questions that get asked forty times a month. Guests who need a person still get one.

  • What happens to guest messages?

Conversations are stored so staff can see the context behind a request, and deleted after 12 months. You are the controller of your guests' data and we act on your instructions. The privacy policy names every company that touches it and says exactly what each one sees — read that rather than take a paragraph of reassurance from us.

Start with two weeks and see.

Tell us your hotel, your city and how many rooms you have. That is enough to get going.
